Ok I use the recipe builder on weight watcher and 3 points per serving if you change the pumpkin seed to 1 tablespoon. we had this last night with some homemade flat bread i made yesterday, it was very good ,wife loved it. Me, i miss the meat, i think next time a little crab meat and up the points ,wow not often i get to say that!!!

Wow, my mouth is watering.....adding the crabmeat is an amazing idea.
