Laura, you won!
Laura won the tracker drawing on Tuesday night. Everyone keep tracking and bring your tracker to the next meeting for another drawing. It only takes 21 days or 30-40 reps to create a habit. To get to our healthy weight and maintain it, it is essential that tracking becomes a habit. We've all created unhealthy habits. Now is the time to create a healthy habit that lasts a lifetime. My bootcamp trainer sent me an email about tracking beginning with the exclaimation, "It will change your life." He's right. It changed mine and it will change yours too.

WOO-HOO!!! :) I'm so excited! I have to say that I'm so frustrated with my points this week because of those darn nuts. If we hadn't been challenged to track every day and every week this month, I would probaby think, "Well, I already blew it this week, so I'm going to eat everything I shouldn't and eat as much as I want". But not this time! I'm probabaly going to go way over my points for the week, but I'm still making good choices, and when I go to the BSU game tomorrow night, I'll skip the nuts.
