MUFAS
I was talking to a friend, then caught part of a Dr Oz show that talked about MUFAS (mono-unsaturated fats). They are really important for people who gain weight in their belly. Like me. :( The unhealthiest place to have extra weight. My friend said she had a book called The Flat Belly Diet and it says to have mufas with every meal. The only one I have handy that I know about is peanut butter. But it's killing me with the points!!! Even the 100% Natural peanut butter I bought, that doesn't even have any sugar added, is still 5 points for only 2 tbsp. Do any of you know how much MUFAS I should have with each meal, and what are some other alternatives? Are there any you can think of that would give me the amount I need and be fewer than 5 points?
